Ricotta is soft, high moisture cheese, white in colour. Our Ricotta is made from Milk and whey obtained in the manufacture of cheese, such as Fetta and Romano. It is taken out the traditional way, by hand with a ladle, which is how it maintains its delicate texture. It is mild on the palette and perfect on its own or on toast. Used widely as a main ingredient in many different types of pastas, cheesecakes or a great pizza topper.
