Our Provoletta is a form of matured Mozzarella, which has had extra time in a salt brine. It is light yellow in colour, with a mild yet tasty flavour. Smooth texture and cuts without crumbling. Is an all-purpose cheese great for eating on its own, antipasto, cooking, pizzas and great in toasties.
