Bocconcini are fresh Mozzarella balls packed in water to keep the freshness. They are of a smooth consistency, white in colour with a delicate milky flavour. Great used on Antipasto’s, salads and pizzas. The Cherry Bocconcini are the baby size of the regular balls.
