Method:
- Grease large baking trays.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut each sheet of pastry into 9 squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture into one corner, of one cut square of pastry.
- Then fold the square with the filling over into a triangle, and seal with the edge of a fork, and poke the fork into the middle of the triangle once.
- Repeat this step with all the squares of pastry.
- Place them all on greased trays.
- Brush each one with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Put in oven at 200ºc and bake until golden brown.

Minus the pine nuts and add, finely chopped spinach or rocket.
