Haloumi
Description:
Haloumi has a soft, moist, firm rubbery texture, almost white in colour. It has a milky, moderately salted taste. It holds it shape well when cooked on medium to high heat and turns golden brown. Perfect for antipasto’s, a side for breakfast, salads, or on the barbeque alone or on skewers with meat or vegetables.
