Bocconcini & Prosciutto Pizza


  • Homemade pizza base or pre-made
  • Cherry Bocconcini balls, thinly sliced
  • Black pitted olives
  • Rocket leaves
  • 7 thin slices of prosciutto
  • Grated Pecorino cheese
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 220⁰c.
  2. Place pizza base on a lightly oiled pizza tray or baking tray.
  3. Top pizza with sliced Bocconcini, torn prosciutto pieces, and olives.
  4. Bake until Bocconcini is well melts and the base is crisp.
  5. To serve, top the pizza with rocket leaves and grated Pecorino.
