Traditional Caprese Salad


  • 6 vine ripened tomatoes
  • Bocconcini or Fior Di Latte, sliced
  • Torn basil leaves
  • Salt & cracked black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze


  1. Slice each tomato from top to bottom into 1cm thick slices.
  2. Place on a serving plate and top with the sliced Bocconcini/Fior Di Latte and basil leaves.
  3. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
