Welcome to Borrello Cheese

Borrello Cheese a family owned and operated business was established over 40 years ago. The company is now in its third generation, with Vince and Teresa Borrello and their three daughters Maree, Julia and Lisa running the business.

Borrello Cheese manufactures award winning, traditional Italian Style cheeses at their Oakford Premises, 30 minutes South of Perth, Western Australia.

All our cheeses are produced from cow’s milk, which is sourced from local dairy farmers. Our range of products can be found in selected Coles, IGA and Farmer Jack’s Supermarkets and Delicatessens across Perth. We also supply many food service and wholesale outlets. We also sell direct to the public from our Oakford Premises. Please see the contact page for our address, location map and opening hours.

We manufacture our products using traditional methods with a strong focus on quality. To achieve this, we follow high industry standards for quality, safety and nutritional value including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analysed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards. In order to retain our HACCP Certification, we undergo regular audits from certified external bodies.

Additionally, our products are made with non-animal rennet making them suitable for vegetarians.
